If you are going to arrive after closing hours, you need to call and let us know so we can provide a map with your location in our mail box. You can settle your bill with us the following morning.

Artesian Springs Resort is a unique RV Resort nestled in the Texas piney woods, dotted with acres and acres of lakes connected by channels for your boating experience. We have over 50 shady, level, full-service RV sites that can accommodate any length or size RV�s, even double sided with pull thru sites. Stay a day, a weekend, a week or a month in our campgrounds or cabins.

NOTE: All sites have water, electricity and sewerage.

CANCELLATION POLICY

IF YOU CANCEL MORE THAN 30 DAYS BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL, YOU WILL RECEIVE 100% REFUND. IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN 30 DAYS OF YOUR ARRIVAL, THEN YOU WILL RECEIVE 100% CREDIT TO BE USED ANY TIME IN THIS YEAR. CANCELLATIONS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED WITHIN 72 HOURS OF YOUR ARRIVAL, YOUR RESERVATION HAS BEEN GUARANTEED AND NO REFUND OR CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR A SHORTENED STAY AFTER ARRIVAL. CREDITS CAN ONLY BE USED BASED ON RESERVATION AVAILABILITY FOR THIS YEAR.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Any guest not wearing their wristband will be charged a DAY PASS fee.

Check in time 2 PM / Check out time is 1 PM.

RV storage - $2 per day vacant off pad.

There are picnic tables and Barbeque grills at every site and camp fires are allowed till midnight. You are welcome to gather wood from the grounds; no gasoline powered chain saws may be used. We have a heated bath house with hot showers, a country store, concession stand with food, drinks, & ice, swimming and fishing lakes, boat rentals, paintball, and nature trails for hiking and biking and an on-site manager.

In case you need to arrive after hours, you may do so by letting us know ahead of time, we can give you your site number and you may park and hookup after hours. Small pets are welcome on a leash at all times, and are not allowed in the swimming area. We do not allow any alcohol in the swimming area.

If you have more than the required people stated in your unit, there is an additional charge of $7 per person per day which entitles them to all park activities. Children 2 and under are FREE.

Your visitors and guests are welcome. They must register and pay the Day Camping Fee of $7 unless they are just stopping by for 1 hour or less, in which case, we will give them a special FREE pass.

During the season, which starts from Memorial thru Labor Day Weekend there is a two-night minimum stay required on weekends. During the week from Sunday night thru Thursday only one-night is required. Major holidays such as Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day require a three-night minimum stay. The first night's stay must be paid in advance in order to guarantee your reservation. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, all checks are welcome and we certainly accept cash.

We honor Good Sam, & Happy Campers discount memberships 10% off of regular price Sunday thru Thursday ONLY. We DO NOT Honor any discounts during HOLIDAYS.
