The cancellation policy is as follows and applies to RV spots, tent spots and cabins:
If you cancel your reservation within 30 days from the beginning date of your stay, you receive a FULL refund.
If you cancel your reservation within 29 days or less from the beginning date of your stay, you receive a campground credit for the amount you deposited MINUS a $10 cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will not be charged to you, it will be subtracted from your existing credit. The credit is good until the end of the calendar year, December 31, 2010. The credit is good for any aspect of the campground, for instance, if you cancelled your RV reservation and have a $30 credit, you would minus $10 for the cancellation fee, and you can use the $20 toward a cabin rental or day pass or even for concession stand food.
A telephone reservation and release of one's credit card number to us constitutes an oral contract and all guests, whether for the day or for overnite stays, agree to abide by all rules, regulations and policies.
We acknowledge that double booking can occur due to clerical errors. We ask that guests always confirm all reservations. In the event double booking does occur, we try to accomodate our guests to the best of our ability.
Attention campers! The last day to cancel a Labor day weekend reservation and receive a campground credit minus $10 cancellation fee will be WEDNESDAY, August 31st at 7:00p.m. Otherwise, any no show or cancellation after that time will be charged all three (3) nights, no credits and no refunds!
