All rules and regulations need to be abided by and agreed to by all guests. Failure to abide by these rules can result in explusion from the park with no refund or credit.
*Check in is 2 00 PM. Check out is 11:00 AM for cabins Extended days may be purchased and the office must be notified as soon as possible. There is a 3 night minimum for holiday weekends and a 2 night minimum for all other season weekends.

*All guests and pets must registered at the office upon arrival. A pet deposit of $25.00 per pet is required when staying in our cabins
*NO SMOKING IN OUR CABINS! "Butt cans" will be provided. Please don't extinguish cigarettes on the ground.
*Anyone caught destroying any park property, including removing articles inside the cabins such as smoke detectors, will be charged and the police will be called
*Operate any radio or musical device so it will not disturb other park visitors
*No fighting or boisterous behavior in the park. No loud swearing or lewd behavior. Many of our treasured guests are children
*Keep your site clear of all trash and waste. Keep trash out of our lakes
*You may bring your own electric golf carts at a fee of $2.00 per day. Operators of vehicles and golf carts must be 16 years of age and have a valid driver license
*Speed limit is 5 MPH in the park. When operating a vehicle do not damage the roads or vegetation, or block the roads and trails
*No ATV's or UTV's allowed in the park
*We are pet friendly, but the owners of pets are totally responsible for them. Pets cannot be left unattended and must be kept on a leash not more then 6 foot at all times. All pet litter/waste must be cleaned up immediately.
*We do not allow pets in the bathhouses or beach/swim area
*Swim at your OWN RISK. Children or adults who cannot swim or swim well must wear a life jacket in the water
*All children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult in the swim area at all times. Children who are found unaccompanied will be returned to their site
*No drinking alcoholic beverages in the beach/swim area. We reserve the right to check coolers or other containers for alcohol. Minors who are caught with alcohol or are under the influence will be expelled from the park
*Quiet time is 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM. Holiday quiet time is 11:00 PM until 8:00AM.
*Bike riding is not permitted after dark. Children are not permitted to roam after 10:00 PM.
*All fires must be out by 1:00 AM or before retiring for the night.
*Do not cut or break out trees and shrubs. No power saw use permitted in the park.
*ABSOLUTELY no swimming in the fishing lakes. There are many fish/reptiles that reside there and many are dangerous. All children must be supervised while near the fishing lakes. All minor children must be accompanied by an adult when renting boats
*When renting any equipment, boats, tubes, balls, life jackets, etc., you must leave a valid ID with the office which will be released upon return of the rental equipment
*We do not give refunds for inclement weather
